Delightful and magnificent breakfast with smoked salmon, a full spread of pastries, and made-to-order eggs - well worth the money. Exceptional service. - Luxurious queen room with a garden view, the bedroom, and a tablet. - Marvellous location - close to a chemist and shops. - An incredibly beautiful hotel, my first choice in Venice.

I liked the location of the hotel not too far from the train station and even closer to the bus station. It takes you a while to get to Sant Marco but it is a nice ride. We were lost and they actually had Marta from reception come and get us to lead us to the hotel. She was also very nice and friendly so was fransisco. I would recommend telling them 3 minutes walk from the bus station rather the train station or even both. You can take the public bus to this hotel from Marco Polo airport for 6 euros a person and it is only a 20 minute ride. We were going to get ripped off with the price by taking a water taxi for 120 euro and they told us public transport would take us an hour and a half so save your money and take the bus. The hotel was very clean and nice. Room size was also good not big but not too small we could easily be comfortable a bit too expensive. There service was very good overall and i would for sure stay there if they keep it just as maintained there was also another guy that lead us to the room who was also very welcoming and tried to assist us and give us all the details in the room. Hope this information helps
It would be better if it was located on the grand canal. Canal view is nice though. There breakfast could be a lot better for the price of the room charge.

Adequate magnificent rooms with mesmerizing views, and a mini-bar and a tablet. Incredible location by car to the airport. Also - close enough to Venice via public transport, the train station and the parking lot, and the library with trays of food.

The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was the most immaculate I have ever stayed in and I stay in a lot of hotels. It was charmingly decorated, warm and inviting. i cannot praise it highly enough.
Nothing it was perfect, a little out of the center but maps and signs made everything easy to find and nothing is that far away. It is so near the bus station it was not far with bags, to me this was more preferable.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
